Our Easter stay was enjoyable due to the newly furnished rooms and the ski storage room available for our equipment. the staff was accommodating and breakfast was tasty. the hotel location was perfect, being only a short walk to the ski lifts and having a beautiful view of the slopes.

The water quality wasn't great, and the shower leaked. the Road to the ski lift was icy and challenging to walk on, especially with ski boots, and we felt the hotel decor was way too extravagant for a ski resort.

The Christmas decorations were beautiful and helped create a festive atmosphere. The location of the hotel was great, close to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options.

The room was not clean and had a bad smell upon arrival. The staff was unhelpful and not welcoming.
